4.2 You may not use the Service to engage in any of the following activities:

   - Uploading or distributing any content that infringes on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

   - Using bots, artificial streams, or any other fraudulent methods to artificially boost play counts.

   - Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

   - Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

   - Uploading, transmitting, or distributing harmful software or malware.

**5. Ownership and Intellectual Property**

5.1 All content provided through the Service, including music, text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without our explicit permission.

 Twirl Me Streaming Platform - Licensing Terms and Agreement

Effective  Date: [November 1, 2023]  These Licensing Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") are entered into by  and between Twirl Me, hereinafter referred to as "Twirl Me," and the  individual or entity creating a page on Twirl Me, hereinafter referred  to as the "Content Creator."  1. License Grant: By creating a page and submitting any music, video, or other content  (collectively referred to as "Content") on Twirl Me, the Content Creator  hereby represents and warrants that they are the sole and exclusive  owner of all rights, including but not limited to copyright, in and to  the submitted Content. The Content Creator grants Twirl Me a  non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce,  distribute, publicly display, and perform the Content solely for the  purpose of providing streaming services on the Twirl Me platform.  2. Exclusive Content: Twirl Me exclusively accepts content that has not been and will not be  distributed or published on other public platforms, including but not  limited to other streaming services and social media platforms. The  Content Creator agrees not to make the submitted Content available on  any other public platform during the period of this Agreement, except  for the purpose of promotion or advertising as described herein.  3. Promotion and Advertising: The Content Creator acknowledges that Twirl Me may use the submitted  Content for promotional and advertising purposes on the Twirl Me  platform and other marketing channels. This includes, but is not limited  to, featuring the Content in promotional materials, playlists, and  advertisements.  4. Changes to Policies: Twirl Me reserves the right to change its policies without notice. The  Content Creator agrees to regularly review the terms and conditions to  stay informed of any updates or modifications.  5. Compensation: Twirl Me reserves the right to establish compensation requirements and  thresholds for the Content Creator, and such requirements are subject to  change at the discretion of Twirl Me. Any changes to compensation will  be communicated to the Content Creator.  6. Termination: Twirl Me reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time,  with or without cause. Upon termination, Twirl Me will cease using the  submitted Content as soon as reasonably practicable.  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the  laws of USA, Harris County, Texas.  By creating a page and submitting Content to Twirl Me, the Content  Creator acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be  bound by the terms and conditions of this Licensing Terms and Agreement.
